The Art of Home Shopping
To use a Realtor®
or not to use a Realtor®... Home shopping
can be one of the most fun things you can do with your time. You get to
see numerous homes, get ideas, put together a wish list... and hopefully find a
new place that you can call home. Although the good by far outweighs the
bad, there are some pitfalls in the process. Here are some things that you
might want to consider, and hopefully you will decide to align yourself with a
Realtor®.
-
Homes move fast
in this market. Realtors® have access to the most real time database
of listed homes. We check that database consistently and when a new
home hits the market, we are the first to know. There is nothing more
frustrating than to have the home of your dreams hit the market, and have it
be sold before the sign is up in the yard or before you were able to find
the sign.
-
Realtors® can
show you any home that is listed with any company, new homes that are not
listed, and most by owner homes.
-
Sellers are
interested in putting as much money in their pockets as they can... It's your Realtors'® job to make sure
that you have the information you need to make a fair offer so that you can
negotiate from a fair knowledgeable position.
-
Real Estate is
our life, we spend countless hours driving through neighborhoods, searching
the computer and comparing properties. We are going to introduce out
prospective buyers to the homes that are the best value. I can't help
you, if I don't know where you are looking or what you are looking for.
-
It does not cost
you any more to work with a Realtor®. In most cases it will save you time,
money and aggravation. I don't get paid until I find you the house you
want, and you won't refer me to your family and friends if I don't do a good
job.
-
Who is going to
make sure that all of your rights are protected? Who is going to make
sure that there are no hidden surprises in the sales contract? Who is
going to monitor the inspections, appraisals, contingencies and costs?
Who is going to make sure that your purchase makes it to the closing table?
-
My job is to
make shopping comfortable for you. I can work with you, anyway you
choose. If you want me to e-mail, fax or phone relevant listings to you, I
will. If you want me to hand them to you, I can do that to. I
can preview homes for you, I can take you to the property, I can meet you at
the property, or I can tell you where they are and you can drive by them
yourself (just let me know if you'd like to go inside to take a better
look). Let me know how I can best work for you!
Even a blind
squirrel finds a nut every now and then, there is always a chance that the
perfect home will find you... but if that doesn't happen, why not get someone
out there, working for you, working in your interest, so that if that
home hits the market, you can have an edge on your competition for that home.
Call Rick Keller today, let's discuss your requirements and wishes, and
I will help you find that home of your dreams. Rick Keller 321-231-1133.
